Terms for taking part in LocalBH Awards.
Using the site
You may browse, nominate and vote in line with the published rules. Automated access, scraping and attempts to manipulate votes are prohibited.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for activity on your account. Accounts created to inflate votes will be suspended and their votes quarantined.
Content you submit
You confirm you have the right to submit nomination details, claim evidence and business content, and you grant LocalBH permission to display approved content in public awards materials.
Commercial independence
There is no payment, package catalogue or checkout on this website. Advertising is arranged separately by the LocalBH sales team and never affects eligibility, ballot order, vote weight or results.
Results
Results are published from a locked snapshot after auditing. Corrections require a documented correction event and a new snapshot version.
